Q. I am so busy, I'm not sure I have the time to come up with ideas for my
site.
A. I have created a web design style that will allow you to be involved at
your comfort level. I offer a variety of services to support you through the
process. This is easy!
Q. Do I need a credit card to have a website?
A. Yes, a credit card is usually required to sign up for online services such
as domain name registration and website hosting.
Q. After my website is published can I make changes to text or photos?
A. Yes, a website can be changed by you if you know html code or have editing
software. I offer website maintenance for a reasonable fee.
Q. What kind of search engine submission do you do?
A. I will use your site description and specific keywords to submit your website to a variety of
major search engines. It can take up
to several months for your website to be fully integrated into the search
engines. I am not personally affiliated with any search engine and cannot
guarantee a specific placement or rank. Many people choose to pay for top

Q. Why
don't you have a business phone?
A. I build and manage websites for a wide variety of individuals and
organizations, and their business hours vary greatly. I have simply
found that it is much more efficient to correspond through email. If you
contact me via email, I will respond promptly. If it is a week day I
will usually respond that day. If you truly have a website "emergency"
and need me to call you, email me with your phone number and the time you
would like to schedule a telephone conference, and I will do my best to
accommodate you within reason. I will charge my hourly rate for the
conference call, with a 15 minute minimum charge. I do not charge to
read and respond to emails.
Q. How long after I send you my changes can I expect to wait before I see
them on my site?
A. It usually depends on how involved the change is, if it is a scheduled
change, and how many other clients I am working with that day. Most of
the time you can expect your changes to become live within a two day time
frame. If it will be longer than that, I will contact you via email.
I do offer express services, for which the fee is $60 per hour. If
something is very urgent you may want to consider using this service.
Otherwise, I will get to your change in a reasonable amount of time, but not
necessarily immediately.
Q. What if there is an error on my site?
A. If on the very rare chance you see that I have made an error on your site,
I will, obviously, fix it immediately at no charge. If you see that you
have made an error in the information you sent me, let me know and I will
correct it for you as soon as possible, at the normal hourly rate.
Q. I think I am ready to put my business or personal interest online. How
do I start the process?
